Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ahlu Sunna Quran Hadith and much more (the "App"), provided by Ahlu Sunnah Project ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal authority to accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What we provide

Ahlu Sunna Quran Hadith and much more offers access to Quranic text, Sunni Hadith collections with scholarly gradings, daily prayer times, athan alarms, a curated duas library, and a new-Muslim learning guide. Some features are free; others require an active Premium subscription.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not misuse the App, including by scraping content, attempting to bypass access controls, infringing intellectual property, uploading malware, or using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

4. Premium subscriptions and payments

Payments for Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and our Refund Policy. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it through the billing portal in your account settings. All fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Ahlu Sunnah Project or its licensors. Quranic translations and Hadith collections are sourced from freely available public Islamic texts and remain subject to their respective scholarly attributions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is active.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or security abuse, or fail to pay for a subscription. You may stop using the App or cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Religious content is for educational and devotional purposes only; verify rulings with qualified scholars before acting on any information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahlu Sunnah Project's total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Stripe payments

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, Inc. Stripe provides payment processing, invoicing, and billing-related support for transactions. For any payment-related questions, you can also contact Stripe support through your invoice or receipt.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
