Using a screen reader? Every page has a heading you land on first, a "Skip to main content" link at the very top, and buttons that say what they do. On the Quran and Hadith pages the Listen button reads the Arabic and the translation aloud.
Deaf and hard of hearing
Allow notifications so the athan and daily reminders can reach you.
Keyboard navigation
Every menu, button and link can be reached with the Tab key, and whatever you are on is clearly outlined. These shortcuts move you around faster.
